We have updated our Quality Control and Assurance Facility with Carl Zeiss CMM Countra G2 which enables us to maintain highest quality standards with regards to requirement of different parameters for different components. We also have a specialized Inspection room with highly advanced and precision testing facilities such as spectrometer, Roughness tester, hardness tester, etc. The finished products are inspected by instruments like Digital Air-Gauge, Digital Vernier, Micro Meter, Go-Nogo Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge and Vernier. This is assisted by full-fledged facilities available at plant.
The company is fully equipped with in house lab with every required chemicals and instruments for analysis of different non-ferrous alloys the company provide guaranteed chemical analysis of non-ferrous metals as per IS, BS & ASTM Standards.
Finish jobs are wrapped and packed as per customer need. The label and marking are done as per the standard norms and requirement of the customers. The finsih jobs are then ready to dispatch. The final jobs are also stored in-house in a rack store for quick and timely delivery of the materials.
